We publish the calendar and guidelines well in advance. You choose when to join; we make sure every experience feels close, safe, and memorable. Because wellness isn't lived alone.

Vetainer is a human–animal wellness ecosystem based in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato. We offer virtual veterinary consults, education, and experiences that strengthen the bond between families and their pets.
For now, yes — we only offer virtual veterinary consults. You can book online or message us on WhatsApp from San Miguel de Allende or wherever you are.
Click “Virtual consult” on the site or message us on WhatsApp. We’ll help you reserve a slot on the calendar and prepare for the video appointment.
We primarily work with dogs and cats. For other species, contact us and we’ll assess whether we can help via virtual consult or refer you to a trusted specialist.
We’re available Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Central Mexico time). Events and workshops follow specific schedules on our calendar.
